Looking for a single level ranch style home (downsizing). Needs to have a walk out basement, in a safe neighborhood, with no damp basements or leaky roofs or other “big” issues. (we will fix up to suit). We are CASH buyers.
The Wife and I are on an epic search to find our new home. Our tentative plan is to purchase within a few miles of 75th & I-35, Rent for a 3-5 yrs while we fix to our liking, then move in ourselves.
