Gold River Auction Company was purchased by RB Books and Publishing, LLC in August of 2018. A makeover has been in process to convert from a $1 box & up auction house to one that specializes in Rare Coins & Small Antiques and collectibles (all Auctions are ON-LINE)
Ron Brown, owner of RB Books and Publishing began appraising and selling antiques and rare books in 2001 after a 30 year career in the computer industry. After a very brief full retirement in 2017, Ron saw an opportunity at Gold River to continue its 42 years of auction service. He may be the only man over the age of 67 to start a career as an auctioneer.
